In a scene that was cut from the final version of the film, Penny Priddy (Ellen Barkin, left front) yells at Lizardo/Whorfin (John Lithgow, right front) that she is convinced that he is Hanoi Xan, boss of the World Crime League. "Hanoi Xan... who's that?" a confused Lizardo says to himself after she's been dragged away. Several references to Xan, a character that would have appeared in the next Banzai film, were edited out. |
